"The service was incredible, from Sam at the front with our luggage, and Nicolas and Laiza at the lobby bar! We will definitely be back and these 3 really topped the trip! The location was great and short Uber to all of the things we wanted to go! The hotel itself was friendly and very family friendly! "

"We generally stay on property at Disney but never stayed in the Boardwalk area. Decided to give it a try. The swan and Dolphin resort is beautiful. The boardwalk is a cute area and having the boat and the places you can walk to is a plus. It was extremely cold when we were there so we didn’t use the pool. The concern there was the fact that EVERY lounge chair had a scanning bar code to reserve the seat.. If you have to spend money to sit at the pool that would be a reason not to come back. The other issue is the $38 parking fee per day. Outrageously high. Factor that in when deciding on where to stay in the Disney area. We are now at the wilderness lodge and there is NO parking fee. For this reason, I would not stay at the Swan again. So … resort beautiful ,but in my opinion comparing the costs I would rather stay at a higher end Disney hotel "

"our go to disney resort… stay here often. epcot is a short walk as well as hollywood studios. dining options are very good and the boardwalk is just around the corner maybe 10 min walk. great resort "
