"Super impressed with the KPH. I’m in London weekly for work and move about quite often. This is most certainly up there with value for money and friendliness of staff. Notably, I witnessed on several occasions staff members out on the front entrance and pavement regularly cleaning and tending to litter removal. You don’t see that v often. The room was v quiet as only 2 rooms per sub-corridor - great! The only downside was being unable to activate WiFi during my stay - potentially my devices but I was unfortunately unable to use WiFi for work meetings. I would however return. Lovely peaceful location, great staff and overall a v good product offering. Thanks team KPH. "

"The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and seemed like it had all been recently furnished. The bathroom in particular was lovely. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and staff were constantly replenishing. The hotel was well situated."

"The hotel was perfect for family. The room was great, great staff and nice breakfast. The beds are queen size and there is a Tesco Superstore just super close to the hotel. We love it!"
