No se lo recomendaria a nadie sucio , avandonado, las puertas no servia segurobde seguridad , areas verdes feas , picina no esta en funcion y tiene el agua verde, ofrecen desayuno lo cual no es cierto , peste a personas fumando marihuana o cosas parecido , la avitacion tenia 1 mesa vieja y sin sillas , no cambiaron las tohallas ni las sabanas nunca al fin lo deverian cerrar, las fotos que aparecen en travelocity del hotel no corresponden a ese hotel en fin un verdadero basurero

Before we even went to our room, another person staying at the hotel warned us that we should cancel our stay asap and said it was infested with roaches. He was holding a Raid can and invited us to see his room for proof and sure enough there were roaches everywhere. We went to check our "freshly cleaned" rooms and sure enough there were dead roaches in it - which means either the rooms weren't cleaned on top of having a bug problem, or bug poison was hidden around and we had young children with us. The rooms also smelt heavily of cigarette smoke, and the curtains had visible dirt and stains on them. We immediately canceled our stay.

This place seems unsafe with a lot of people standing around looking for nothing. Also, people openly smoking marijuana in the hallways. I don't care about the smoking as long as I do not have to smell the smoke in the hallways.

Bueno les cuento que es como un caserío. En las escaleras hay personas indigentes, personas fumando marihuana por todas partes. El olor en los cuartos es desagradable, las toallas sucias, el baño es de salir corriendo. En el front desk las personas bien amargaditas. Llegue y me fui a dollar tree a comprar Clorox, detergentes, toallas y de todo para por lo menos dormir. Siempre que llegaba corría para mi habitación. Pero para nada lo recomiendo si te aterran este tipo de ambiente .

The property is very poor, the doors did not lock properly, the place reeks of weed and kids running around in diapers and unattended. The sheets were dirty and both rooms that I tried to had an odor.

I checked in the 17th, I honestly wasn’t expecting much from this hotel for the price I paid, but honestly this hotels needs work, I rented 2 rooms, one had dead flies in the bed, the handles for the toilets were loose, the plumbing in the sink had some sort of ball caused by blockage that kept coming up, One lamp didn’t turn on, one of the doors didn’t have the top lock, and both rooms smelled humid and like cigarettes. Besides all that, the beds were comfortable and the water was nice and hot. None in my party decided to complain because we paid a good price for both rooms, but honestly…this hotel needs in update and it could have made our stay a little better.

Booked two rooms and one was fine and the other was gross. Holes on the ceiling, bathroom, and walls. Gum stuck in the wall. Place gave us another room as replacement and that room was even nastier. Hair balls on the ground. Carpet was sticky.

This place was an absolute dump. I checked in late and had no choice but to stay. I asked to move to another room that they "remodeled" and it wasn't much better. I'm going to leave a scathing review on their Google page. DON'T STAY HERE.

We evacuated from our home because of hurricane Milton. The ladies at front desk were very friendly. When we got to our room the carpets were dirty. The parking lot had 2 abandon cars. There were holes in outside of walls. There was a gap under the front door and you could not lock the door. Plastic bottles under the bed. Tub didn’t drain. Handle on tub was loose. Several times during our stay several persons who were not guests were yelling at guest. People smoking outside our room. This place was horrible. We will never stay here again.

I submit a claim and request a refund from the administration because they are posting misleading advertisements on their website. I haven’t received any answer yet. When I arrived, there was a terrible smell of marijuana everywhere, and the place was mega unsafe. I opened the door to the room, but I couldn’t enter because of the rotten smell coming out. I can’t fully describe how bad the entire building was, and the people there looked very questionable. I want my money back because I stayed only 5 minutes and had to pay for another hotel due to this situation.

The room was disgusting. Chose a non-smoking room yet my room reeked of cigarette smoke. The linen was stained and dirty from top to bottom. Bathroom had hair around the toilet and towels. The doors paint was peeling and had many nail holes on the side. The ceiling area by the sink had a lot of holes and chipped paint. Not only that but the toilet barely flushed. Lastly the facet only produced droplets of water when turned all the way.

The Hotel is a bad advert for the Choice Hotels Group. Missing from the list of ammenities were a safe, Phone so no free local calls housekeeping, Ironing board, hairdryer, outside space (balcony). The first room they gave me also stank of urine. The advertised breakfast was a granolar type bar (for which you had to queue at the reception desk) and a Coffee of Juice. No sugar and often no milk. microwave was broken. The in house shop was closed, presumably for refurbishment by the look of the scattered building materials. Not listed in the ammenities was the rodent sized hole in the bottom of my door which I had to plug up every night. The daytime receptionist was surly and unhelpful often taking or making calls on her mobile whilst there was a queue of guests or possible guests. On the plus side the night time receptionist was pleasant and helpful - as far as she could be as she couldn't solve the issues caused by lack of materials or maintenance and I only saw 3 cockroaches in the room - lucky me in case they didn't fancy the bait in the traps a few feet from the door. I've stayed in some low end motels in the area and thought some people were unfair in some of their expectations but this one is one to avoid.
