Victor the Manager was incredibly forceful in the beginning asking for a 5 star review before even seeing the room. Then we proceeded to see the dirty room. The handyman was outside shirtless sitting at a table drinking and smoking so yes a very desirable place. They never refunded our deposit. Nor our hold for not even staying in this place. Horrible area horrible hotel.

I can't really rate the hotel, since I was not able to make it to my reservation. My mom got hospitalized and the airport was in chaos as it was the day of the global outage caused by Crowdstrike. I thought this could be a good reason to make an exception and cancel the reservation for a refund or credit but no, they happily took my money. Also, they never pick up the phone.

Horrible experience from the lack of a hello at check in to having to kill several cockroaches in my room. Constant smell of pot in my room. Based on my experience I doubt I will ever use Hotels.com again for any of my booking for trips both business or personal!
