Local crackheads hang out right out front where you unload your vehicle which is unsettling. Would be a really nice hotel if they did some upkeep, the rooms are extremely aged. The best part of the hotel is the courtyard view. No elevator which sucked because I had a lot of stuff, (there’s a LOT of crime in PG so I don’t leave anything in my truck overnight) but the front desk helper was really helpful and helped me carry my things to my room. Continental breakfast has an extremely small variety of food, and not great options. Ended up hitting up a drive through instead, but if you’re a coffee drinker they do have a cool coffee machine with lots of different kinds of coffee. Pool was closed.

After a long drive, there is a nice restaurant on site for dinner. Breakfast is exceptional as they give you a coupon for breakfast and you can order off the menu. Some things are under the coupon price and others are over. For a few bucks, I chose Eggs Benedict which is such a huge difference from other hotels that say they include breakfast!

Average hotel. Customer service always goes a long way. Typically, most hotels offer a complimentary bottle of water for their customers when asked. The person at the front desk was going to charge me for it. I was taken back and said, really? He said yes with no common sense or courtesy. I had rented 3 rooms for my crew and a bottle of water was out of the question. This lack of customer service is poor. Besides this fact, it was a clean hotel.

Beds were horrible. Didnt have fitted sheets completely unsanitary. Cheap bedding and blankets. Lipstick stains on water glasses. Coffee pot not clean. Food in dinner disgusting. We previously stayed and lakeview and it was 100 times better just in a more sketchy side of town.

Nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant and liquor store attached were very convenient. Voucher for breakfast in the restaurant was provided. Shout out to the front desk clerk (Sarah). She was getting bombarded with check ins and questions and handled it all with calm efficiency.

Great Spot with Friendly Staff
Great hotel! It feels like stepping into the 80s, the place is old but well cared for. They were renovating while I was staying there. It has a certain charm and the restaurant is good. Hotel manager picked me up from the airport.
