Nothing we never got a room. We booked a room on Expedia and hit a confirmation number and pin code. When we got to the hotel, they had no record of out stst, not to mention they haf no vacancy. Im still waiting for my refund. Not impressed whatsoever

Some staff members, mostly at reception, were indifferent and not as pleasant as they could be. A nice hello for guests as they walk through the lobby would be appreciated. Room staff were all very courteous.

Pool was under construction and I was super disappointed at first, since that was one of my draws to the hotel. However the staff were extremely friendly and that made a world of difference. The beds were super comfortable, I slept great! And the daily breakfast was so yummy! I would go back again for sure.

My room smelled worse than my teenagers bedroom and had filthy surfaces everywhere I looked. The bathroom had pubic hair all over the tub toilet and even counter. It was very unclean.

Enjoyed our stay, rooms were comfy and clean. If bothered by noise I would request to not stay above the pool as there was a constant humming. Breakfast was quite normal, loved the waffle option. Was very central and close to many restaurants even with a discout at one. Only unexpected downside was they charge a 200$ a night damage deposit, so for staying for 3 nights you had to put 600$ and they do only accept credit card. Staff was very accomodating to our late night arrival and even called us to confirm.
