Dune Vacation Rentals presents, “Second Sandbar” a beautifully designed gulf front home in WaterColor that was completely remodeled in 2023! Interior designed and furnished by Toby West, an Atlanta interior decorator. This stunning home was published on the cover of a past issue of Veranda Magazine for its breathtaking views and color; “Panhandle Palette", thus the name “Second Sandbar” as it is the aqua color inside and out, of the gorgeous second sandbar in the Gulf.

The first floor of the home offers two beautiful queen guest bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The master suite is the perfect retreat that features top of line linens for the king bed, a luxurious bathroom with a soaking tub and shower, and a relax atmosphere. The newly added side deck which features a fire pit and seating for creating those beach vacation memories.

The second floor of the home will take your breath away as the natural light and beautiful hues from the Emerald Coast fill the space. There is a queen bedroom with a private bathroom offering a walk-in shower located on this floor. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and bar stool seating for two guests. The dining table is perfectly positioned so each meal can be spent with an incredible view! The balcony has four chaise lounge chairs and an outdoor table that can accommodate four guests.

- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows ONE golf cart per address- you may not rent a second cart if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts. This home does not provide extension cords for charging. You would be required to provide an extra long extension cord in order to plug the golf cart into the home.
​​​​​​​- Beach access to the East of the home between Seaside and Watercolor is not for guest usage and is for Watercolor homeowners only.

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 3 Adult Beach Cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.

Great home and location
This was our first time in Watercolor and we could not have picked a better spot. The home was flawless. The sunsets from the deck were breathtaking. Home is a short walking distance from the center with restaurants and shops. Absolutely one of the best homes we have ever stayed at.

Perfect Beach House
This Beach House was everything we had hoped for and more!! The house was beautiful and filled with beach views and is open so you can visit with friends and family and not be crowded! Water Color and SeaSide restaurants and shops are within literally a couple minutes walking distance. We will be back asap and will be def staying at this house again! This house was perfection!

Most beautiful home, yet!
We've been traveling to the 30A area with our family for ten years and thi property was one of the most beautiful, yet. Walking upstairs to the grand and open plan living space was breathtaking. We spent so much time on the porch just watching the ocean. The home accommodated two couples, grandma, and our two kiddos. Conveniently located within walking distance of Seaside and the resort. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Amazing Location
The location could not have been any better. You are walking distance to both Seaside and WaterColor. The private beach is just steps away from the back door. We had an amazing time.

Wonderful home and location
This home was immaculate, spacious and had an incredible view from the porch. The home is a very short walk from both the Watercolor Beach Club and "downtown" Seaside. The property manager, Nada, was prompt, thorough and courteous in her responses. We couldn't have asked for a more turn-key experience in Watercolor!

Had a wonderful week at this property. The location can't be beat and gulf views from the kitchen/living area are fantastic. The property comes with four designated chairs at the beach, which is a big advantage for the 30A area.

Exceptional Second Sandbar
This is our second stay at Second Sandbar. We love the location, the house and Watercolor. The house has everything we needed for the perfect getaway with family. The house is beautifully appointed and comfortable. The kitchen has all the needed utensils and cooking items if so desired. We will be back next year!

Best Stay We've Had
I have been coming to the area since I was a 6 year old kid. We have stayed all over through the years but never right here. This is an absolutely amazing place and was perfect for our family. Everything was handled efficiently and as presented. And while we tend to like to try new places, when we come back to this area we will most definitely try and stay right here.
