No Wi-Fi whatsoever in the room no hot water at all in the bathroom sink remote control for the TV worked when it wanted to ask a waiter in the morning if I could get a cup of coffee to go, I'm standing right beside the coffee maker with a full pot of coffee on the warmer and I knew it was before the restaurant hours were open but he stood there and lied and said we don't have any coffee yet and I was standing there looking at a full pot. I guess it was because I was an American. I would never stay there again for any amount of money and I would not recommend it at all to anyone.

Hotel is beautiful. Staff does not explain areas in hotel for guests to appreciate all that hotel offers. It will help for reception staff to acknowledge guests as they walk in/out (common customer service).

The hotel is very nice. The restaurant is delicious. It does take long to serve but the food is delicious, good portions, and great price. The building is old and with that comes very slow plumbing and electrical issues. The Wi-Fi is terrible there. Overall a great place with very friendly staff and very good food as long as you do not need Wi-Fi in your room.
