The staff was amazing! Everyone was so helpful! When I arrived I was so tired I couldn’t think. The person who checked me in was new. She saw me headed in the wrong direction to my room and she walked me to my room. (It was a bit awkward to find.) when I checked out early the next morning everyone was friendly and greeted me. If I’m in Jacksonville again I will definitely stay here!

This hotel was lovely. The staff was excellent, from management to the valets. I loved the room. I slept great. It's so thoughtful to have a Keurig in the room. I LOVED the walk-in shower. The elevator with the glass wall overlooking the lobby was fun. I walked down to the Riverwalk. So pretty. I stayed for 3 days and enjoyed the spaciousness of the room. Over and above how nice the hotel was, the deal I got from Expedia was great. I'm so glad I chose to stay at Southbank Hotel.
