Super convenient location! The beach is really nice, there are two cute coral reefs in a walking distance. The beach walk is really useful for runners and just to stroll along the shore. There are two pools in that hotel, one has warm water. A lot of water activities are offered by property but sometimes it feels overpriced. But overall we loved it.

The room was wonderful and we loved having the lanai to relax. We enjoyed having the products available to us so we did not have to go out and purchase more. The bar/dining area had a wonderful view and great food and drinks. The best Mai Tia we had on the island. The room could use a few more towel bars and the shower was cold during our second shower...no matter how long we ran the water. The phone in the room did not work to call up front and it would have been nice to have an ice machine and water dispenser closer to the bungalo's.

Absolutely beautiful property that is well maintained. The grass and amazing trees and plants everywhere truly create a paradise. Pools are great and the beach, a few steps beyond the pools is great for swimming with a sandy bottom and crystal clear waters. Walkable to great snorkeling by Black Rock or in front of Duke’s restaurant as well. The staff is very friendly, and it is wonderful to hear that the hotel is doing many things to help victims of the Lahaina fire from last year.

From the staff to the room and the grounds, Royal Lahaina was amazing. The staff are ALL amazing and accommodating. We stayed in an ocean view bungalow that was steps from the pools and the beach. We will be back again and again.

We thought we were going to get a tree bungalow and it wasn’t a bungalow. It said we were on the beach and it was a bit far back from the beach. We thought we were going to have a solo bungalow but we had people on both sides of us (attached walls) and people above us that were active all night long! The area we stayed at had at least 8 rooms to it. Not a bungalow at all. The property was nice and it had walking paths around it but all the shops were closed the entire time we were there. Thank goodness we only stayed a few nights before heading to Wailea.
