The Grand Maloney Hotel is a new boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Key West. Our signature red brick, historical home on Caroline Street has been lovingly restored with a brand-new heated dipping pool on its private patio. With undeniable character, the two-story house stands out from the traditional cottages of Key West in the same way the Grand Maloney stands out from other boutique hotels in the area.
The Space:
Each room is decorated with careful attention to detail, reflecting the personalized experience each guest can expect of their stay. This suite exudes drama and intrigue. The dark green sitting area feels cozy and is perfect for an additional guest joining, as the emerald green couch folds out into a sleeper. The main bedroom was decorated with an old key west feel, with its vibrant tropical wall coverings and exposed brick and siding. A large king size bed is provided for extra comfort and sleeping space. Perfect for four, room 2 features 1 king bed and 1 sleeper sofa, private bathroom and private entrance to the back patio and pool.
Guest Access:
Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival and direct contact to a local guest experience manager for any questions, needs or recommendations during their stay.
Shared Hotel Amenities: Heated pool and deck area, wrap-around porches, lounge, lobby, coffee maker & refrigerator drawers.

Placed perfectly between downtown and the Historic Seaport, enjoy walkable attractions like Fury Water Adventures for a day at sea, the Mel Fisher Maritime Museum for some Key West history and the famous Mallory Square for a Sunset Celebration.
Half a block from Duval Street, the Grand Maloney Hotel is steps away from Key West's most famous bars and kitchens. Food is at your finger tips with local’s favorite restaurants, such as First Flight, Bagatelle and Two Friend’s Patio, less than a 5-minute walk from your front door. Got a sweet tooth? There is no on-site parking for this unit. You may utilize the brick pathway/driveway for bike parking ONLY. For overnight parking, here are some parking lots:
• 204 Simonton Street (This is the closest to your unit!)
• Caroline Street Outdoor Parking Lot
• Park N Ride Old Town Garage
Street parking information:
• There are pay-to-park spots and meters, which are free from 12AM - 8AM, with a 3-day limit.
• The neighborhoods of Old Town offer some free parking spaces close to your unit, but be aware that many of the spots are marked “Residential” and visitors are NOT permitted to park in them.
Other Things to Note:
- Relax by the brand-new, heated pool in the back of the home!
- Rent this room along with the rest of the Grand Maloney Hotel for an exclusive takeover for up to 16 guests!
- Ask us about our other neighboring units for groups exceeding this guest count.
- There are no onsite laundry facilities.
- This is not a pet friendly hotel.
- For the purpose of creating a safe environment for our guests, the exterior of the building is monitored by security cameras.
