In the waiting area the sofas were torn & dirty. When asking for directions, the concierge acted like he’s given the directions lots of times before. No smile, no hello. I booked 2 rooms, in first one, the room AC was barely cool. The second room the AC was freezing with no control to adjust it. For the price we paid, we won’t stay here again.

You are paying for the location alone. The hotel is in shambles and the room looks old and dirty. The bed has old spring mattress and is extremely uncomfortable and the bathroom tub doesn’t drain well at all. The shades are dirty and broken. The location is extremely central and that’s what is working for this hotel. The staff is friendly as well.

Our room was way past due for updating and repairs. Faucets leaked, booger on the wall, very run down, kept tripping on the 3" lip going into the bathroom from the main room, dresser drawers were broken, shower tile was so old the poor maid couldn't get it cleaner if she tried and it was bad/even had mold stains under the old wall soap dispenser. The tile floor wasn't any better. For the rate we were charged, it was very disappointing. Then every day there was a big Rat blown up outside because there was a union issue going on with a contractor. I would never recommend this place if there are no improvements made to the property inside. I will however give a good review to the employees/staff. They are very helpful and friendly.

The location of the property was very convenient and accessible. However, it felt like false advertising as the room condition was unsatisfactory. I paid for a king bed and was downgraded to a queen at check in but upon arrival at the room it was actually a full. There was no shower gel in the dispenser and the room was a bit dilapidated. Considering the price, it was a huge letdown. Will not stay there again.

I don’t normally leave reviews in general especially negative ones but this hotel was so ratty I had to leave a review hoping to help others. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Pictures are VERY VERY deceptive, the room looked NOTHING like the photos. Room was very small very dirty and falling apart, NO AC and the windows only opened 4 inches. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. And I paid $1800.00 for a five night stay. I would NEVER stay here again and I would recommend that other people do not stay here just due to the quality of the room. Horrible room. Other than that the staff were nice and helpful and the location was great very close to Times Square. But if you’re looking for a quality room - this place wasn’t even decent. The carpet was coming up in the corners of the room, the wall paper was peeling off of the walls, the hot water in the bathroom made a loud banging sound when you used the hot water. I would never stay here again.

AC did not work. Bathroom door handle on inside was missing. Room phone did not work. Cabinet doors had no handles, so refrigerator was inaccessible. Shower door did not work. Entire window ledge was stained or dirty. Carpet was dirty. Window coverings did not close.

First, It took 40 minutes for the front desk to find my booking information. Then, they charged me $372 instead of my booking was $303. Even worse, I found another charge of $92 to my credit card afterwards. Called the hotel however never get an answer. Worst of the worst.

Terrible rooms on lower floors, great location
The hotel was very run down! Beds were old and mattresses were old. Do not stay on the 5, 6 or 10 floor, all the rooms are in poor condition. Mold and mildew in the bathroom. Nice location but terrible rooms!

The lobby looked fine but the hallways and room was so gross the walls were disgusting so many marks and not clean at all. Kinda sad since my #1 requirement for a hotel is cleanliness and that’s why I picked this hotel due to the pictures but they were a misrepresentation. Thankfully the sheets were fine, but the bathroom and carpet looked gross

I called in advance to ensure I would be able to check in when my flight landed at around 11:45 PM. When I arrived at 11:30 PM, the guy at the front desk mentioned that check-in was at a certain time earlier. I let him know that I already confirmed on the phone that I was going to be late and that I was told it would be OK. He made me two keys, and directed us to our room. I checked into the room, and there was a strong smell of mold and urine. When using the restroom, I realized somebody had urinated in the bathtub, and it had not been cleaned. I asked to be moved to another room, and before I could explain, he shooed me and gave me new keys. When my grandmother and I reached our room, the floor was covered with hair and crumbled debris. The headboard above my bed fell on my head when I laid down, the bathroom was filthy, and the only thing clean about the room was the sheets. The tub did not drain, and had a crack that made the bathtub unstable and nearly impossible to bathe in. Housekeeping was very kind, but the majority of other staff encountered were not friendly. The final night we were there, loudspeaker in our room, started making beeping and static sounds. This went on every couple hours throughout the night. Nobody picked up the phone, or got back to us for our complaints. I was quite disappointed and dissatisfied; the online photos look nothing like the rooms. It seems they are under renovation, so hopefully improvements are coming soon.
