Our updated clean, comfortable home is one block from endless activities at Mackle Park and a short drive to the beach, restaurants and more... A spacious newly painted 3 bed/2 bath exceptionally updated with luxury furnishings, very comfy mattresses, great patio furniture and Pool Heater for ultimate comfort. Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere or its favorable proximity to Marco's shops, restaurants, bars and of course Sunsets! Small dogs may be considered upon approval.
Kitchen is well appointed with Duo Keurig coffee machine. Fully equipped with dishes (indoor and out) , glassware, cookware, flatware, utensils and grill essentials.
Great room- Enjoy the family time relaxing on leather couches, flat screen smart TV with high speed internet access. Wide open living area with three recessed sliders that open to the pool.
Pool Area- Our home allows for sun throughout the day for a great day at the pool yet allows shade throughout the late afternoon to relax, grill and catch up! Comfortable chaise lounge chairs to relax, conversation seating set and a nice outdoor table to enjoy your meals. Brand new pool heater for a comfortable dip in the pool year round.
Master Bedroom- Sliding door opens directly to pool and lounge area. Brand new King Size Memory Foam mattress with down alternative stuffed duvet & comfy linens. Oversized walk in shower with dual heads and handrails. Bathrooms were just renovated too! TV in bedroom on the wall!
2nd bedroom- Brand new modern contemporary set , King size mattress, down alternative stuffed duvet and comfy linens. Tv in bedroom.
3rd bedroom- Unique flexibility of either a kids room with 2 new super comfortable Tuff and Needle memory foam Twin XL beds which can also be put together for a larger bed for Adults.
Dining room table seats 6. and the kitchen table seats 4.
Provided for your convenience are beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, pull behind cooler and beach wagon
dogs under 20 pounds may be considered.

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home
Dawn is the owner so it was really nice actually renting and communicating with the owner Vs a rental company. She is very attentive and felt like a friend after we left. House is clean, neat and convenient. Neighborhood is very quiet. Slept really well. Enjoyed sitting out by the pool and swam every day. Can’t say enough great things about this property. Met all our needs plus!

The property was clean and as described. We had a lovely welcome basket waiting for us. We didn’t need to bring anything, including soaps, which was super convenient. It was a nice place to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday with the heated pool!
