Kevin took real good care of us. He was polite, understanding when we arrive from our cruise. We arrived to the hotel from port around 9:45am and he checked our luggage and said he will call when a room was ready and that’s exactly what he did….received a call around 12 to check in. We really appreciated that. Only thing I would say I would have like to have was a shuttle service to the airport. The Uber wasn’t crazy expensive the next day to the airport.

The pool was very dirty. Was hard to find on Uber for taxi's which wasn't good especially Ubers. I know it's fussy but the main light in the room was removed from the ceiling. Pleasant stay and comfortable bed

My stay this time was not what I expected. My water wouldn’t drain from Shower and the room should be updated. My previous stay was perfect on a different floor but the room’s was not worth the hype.

I really liked the clean and friendly atmosphere. I liked the price. The breakfast was not as advertised. Mediocre at best. The elevator was slow and overcrowded....which is not entirely property issue. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful...and a few language challenges. sorry.

Hotel is very outdated. Multiple patches on the walls done sloppily. Shower in the room didn't work. They took long time to send the plumber who sprayed WD 40 all over the handle which worked for 1 day and broke again the next day. I asked for another room and at first they refused telling me to wait until they tried to fix the shower first. Horrible experience poor hospitality for which I have paid almost $250 daily.

Great area and great for budget travelers
We had a great stay. This was one of the only places we could keep our family of 5 in the same room. We had plenty of space and we really enjoyed the pool and watching the yachts go by behind the hotel.
