Unpleasant stuff, valet almost backed my car into a pillar of the hotel then burnt rubber and left tire track when pulling off. one of the two elevators were not working the one that was working very slow. The Bed Rooms Were really nice. The staff were not welcoming and they lacked custoner service. They were not willing to help with luggage and it was basically do it yourself. The free breakfast was disappointing

I liked the view of the water canal. We watched boats of all colors pass by during the night. The next morning we saw a manatee swim by. Overall everything was clean and visually appealing

Great location
Excellent location for transport around the city via the free metro. Great value for money. Comfy beds, but a little loud from music from small river boat cruise traffic late at night - not the fault of the hotel obviously. Location outweighs this and would stay again.

This was a convenient option if traveling to Port of Miami. The only downside to our room was the lack of a television in the nice sized separate seating area and insufficient pool towels available first thing in the morning when the pool opens. The breakfast can use some attention/organizing (utensils at each food stand to avoid people using hands to handle food stuff. Otherwise, we had no other concerns.. we had a great time in Miami (Uber was a cheaper ride to the port)
