Front desk staffs were helpful, room was clean, bed very comfortable however the drainage in the bathtub was running a bit slow, it needs to be checked and fixed. Hotel is only steps away to two Metromover( the above ground small trains) stations which is very convenient if you need to take public transportation. They served the same breakfast items every morning l wish there were more varieties especially the choice of fruits. Overall, l enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn and Suite Brickell/Port of Miami.

The room was very big. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options but it worked. I will be returning to this hotel when I’m in Miami.

This place only had one elevator for 16 floors. I asked for water to fill my cup before I left and the staff said “ legally we only have to provide water from 1pm-9pm…. This was after I paid for a night stay and valet parking…. Come on…

This property doesn’t create proper convenience for guests that drive. We had to pay $48 dollars nightly for parking!!! We had no options. The breakfast option was poor. Wouldn’t visit again.

Our room was on 3rd floor facing the street. The noise from traffic was loud and went on all night long. It seemed to echo between the buildings. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean.
