Staff is great. The area is under reconstruction and has many areas that feel very insecure. It appears that the building next door is housing homeless. There was a large police action with about 30 officers responding to a disturbance across the street at around 5:00.

Out of all the hotels I stayed at before a cruise this one has been the best. The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel was very clean and perfect for a night stay. Very updated and good price for what we got. It was very convenient to walk to many places and had lots of stores and restaurants very close by. Only a 10 min drive to the cruise terminal.

Whilst the hotel was clean and spacious, it was let down by a poor breakfast service. The range of food was reasonable but quality of baked and cooked food was disappointing to the point of inedible.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Around the bathroom to room baseboards had mildew. After we used shower it put water all over the bathroom floor. Need to put some rugs in there for saftey so you font slip

It was an overall good stay. Valet parking cost was ridiculously high. Only issue with the room was the hot water flow for the vanity was very slow and top for ever to get hot water. Similar for the shower, flow was excellent but still too long to get hot water.
