I believe it to be the best location on SoBe. Close to Lincoln road Espanola WayOcean Drive and still quiet and pleasant, nice beach, nice pool

Lovely backyard/pool area, very friendly hepfull staff, decent simple food. Little dated (old windows, loud air conditioning, back gate to beach broken, etc.) Also not sure why the bar at the back closes so early.. Generally good stay with great location for artfairs during Art Week.

Staff and service were friendly and overall excellent, from the luggage room personnel to the bartenders. Our room was nicely appointed and housekeeping was daily. I would have given it 5 stars except for the NOISE. We had a city view room directly over Collins Avenue, and it was extremely noisy every night. Music and/or singing from surrounding businesses blared into the early hours of the day. The room lacked any type of sound proofing. Even the continuous sound of the air conditioner running could not drown out the noise.

Older building in well-kept condition. Amazing location to the beach. They include 2 beach chairs and an umbrella in the price of the room which was really nice because I cannot do the beach without shade. The staff were all amazing, the happy hour was wildly good, and the location was really convenient. I felt the price was fair and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights on our honeymoon. Check in was easy, parking was less than a block away and the beach is right behind the hotel! They offered $1 drinks at the bar from 5-6pm and they had a hot tub! Our stay also included loungers and an umbrella for the beach! I would stay here again and recommend to anyone. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
