Do NOT Stay Here - AWFUL Hotel
I cannot emphasize enough how awful my experience was at this hotel. The hospitality was nonexistent, and the staff—from the front desk to the director of hospitality, Veronica mostly—were utterly incompetent. This place is a disaster and a complete waste of money. If you’re considering booking here, don’t. Save yourself the nightmare I endured. From the moment I checked-in to the moment I checked-out, the entire experience was a complete trainwreck. They charged my card $300 for incidentals—double the price of the room—without any clear explanation. And then the disasters began. Room 1: Upon entering, I was greeted by an open trap door exposing Wi-Fi routers—a sight that was both unprofessional and unsettling. The window was also open and couldn’t be properly closed. When I reported the issue to the front desk, they moved me to another room. Room 2: Same issue—windows that were visibly open, letting in a breeze, and no way to close them. To make matters worse, I was gaslit by Veronica who claimed the windows weren’t actually open. It was clear they were, and no solution was offered. Room 3: This was by far the worst. It was located near the pool, which meant loud, blasting music all day long chosen by the bartender from the poolside bar. The room itself was filthy: an unknown substance was smeared and running down the walls, sticky residue coated the table, someone’s dried contact lenses from a previous stay were left on the nightstand, and the blinds were broken and had

I can honestly say this property was GREAT. Shout out to the whole front desk staff because they were so helpful. They told me everything I needed to know at check in. The room was given earlier than expected and they gave me such a great clean room. Only thing I would say is that the room doesn’t have a door in the middle between the bathroom, which means there is no privacy and the tv will not be able to connect to your phone. But overall 10/10 I was very happy, shout out to the whole front desk staff for being so detailed, they really are trained to be the best. I will be BACK!

A strange and sad experience
More than half the rooms were “out of service.” 5 of us stayed here in separate rooms and 3 of our rooms had no air conditioning. It was a terrible experience. There are too many things that went wrong to list, but I’ve never seen such a lack of attention detail and general care for maintenance, cleanliness, and customer experience.

Very Nice staff. Beautiful pool. This place needs some major TLC & repairs. Only one working elevator. Dirty rooms, with broken lights, broken vanity, chipped tub, paint splatter on floors. Could be great with some love and care. They definitely shouldn’t be charging so much for such a run down hotel.

They charge you mandatory resort fees even if you don't use it. All the plumbing in the property is clogged, bathrooms and sinks don't drain. Room wasn't cleaned. The view is great.
