Sensitive to mold, first room had a musty mold smell, noticed ceiling had dark area, changed room without any problem. Then awakened at 11:00 at night by security guard letting someone into our room. Called front desk and they wanted us to come down and change room keys. Don’t you think the unwanted guest and security guard should go down? I’m not leaving my room! Biggest lesson… lock door with jam lock for safety! Who was coming in my room when I wasn’t in there??

Hotel looks brand new ,comfortable beds,clean,friendly staff and great pool. Breakfast is nothing special,just like others similar,waffle machine,coffee,juices,bread. Parking is included and they even have a covered area to park. Very convenient to the airport. They do not recommend ordering from the menu people put under the door.Not sure why they allow someone to do it since they are aware and do not recommend ordering. Overall a great stay,would go back.

We asked for extra pillows as the ones on the king size bed were basically small cushion throws , they couldn’t provide the proper pillows. Shower head needed changing or cleaning because the water that trickled from it was falling everywhere but my body.. our flight was very early in the morning, upon check out we tried to get coffee but it was not available. I feel coffee must be available at all times just like water. Breakfast was extremely limited

Not the cleanest property. Noticable amounts of trash in lobby and dining areas. Staff was amazing, accommodating and answered my questions. Also, cruise port shuttle was a plus.
