The hurricane came and the electricity was going in and out and the went out for two and half nights. We were without Air Conditioning. I had to go to the Montego Bay town and buy a fan for our room. I also had to buy water because we were without water for almost 1 day. Eventually the Air Condition came back the night before we leave. The Contalonia Mobay could have done more to ensure that our stay was much better, but the Hotel did not have proper planning/plans in place for the hurricane. It’s unreal for us to pay so much money for ALL Inclusive and yet we did not receive the service we paid for. We got a change to go in the pool only 1 day during our stay.

Resort did not suite our expectations. I believe there was mold in our room, tub was extremely dirty, food was not good. Pool was dirty and closed at 6. I can go on and on, will not be back to this resort.

Upon arrival we were greeted with Rum Punch, what a treat to begin our vacation. Staff were all cordial and helpful from reception to departure. Upon arrival we were hungry and we're allowed to dine in Restaurant even though we were not on reservation. Food was delicious 😋 Wait staff in all dining rooms were attentive to our request. So much Food!! even while swimming the outdoor Huts were cooking and drinks overflowing!! Evening entertainment was so entertaining and vibrant. The music, dancing and singing. Of course the views, water and sand of Jamaica much love. We enjoyed our Vacation. Thank You Holiday Inn you did not disappoint.

They had a good variety of food and we had access to food and drinks from 6/7 am to 1 am. On the first night we had to bath on the seaside due to lack of water for more than 4 hours. Additionally, we had drive around the parking lot for several minutes before a space was made available.
