Overall a pretty nice stay, great location and nice rooms. Valet parking was a bit of a mess however. Also had an issue with the rooftop restaurant who thought it was okay to seat me, my wife and 1 year old at the edge of a covered area when it was raining outside because we didn’t have a reservation (although the restaurant was completely empty).

Stay started off weird when we were given our keys and they wrote down a room that didn't exist. We had to call the front desk to see what room we were actually in when we wandered the floor looking for this room that didn't exist. Luckily our actual room was still on the same floor. A bit frustrating after lugging our luggage around from the parking garage up to the room. Parking on site for a reasonable price in a basement garage. You will need to bring luggage up if you don't drop it off in front of the hotel first. The hotel shares space with apartments so it can be a little hard to figure out which elevators are for the apartments and which are for the hotel (coming from the garage, once you're in the hotel it's easier). Delicious pastries and sandwiches in cafe on site. Rooms are nice, newly updated and were comfortable. The location of this hotel is one of the best parts. It's very walkable to old Montreal and is located right next to a grocery store, which is convenient. Room service food was good, and it came pretty quickly.

Brilliant stay
Fantastic trip in an amazing city, I wish I’d been able to stay longer! brilliant location between the old port and the st Catherine shopping district, room spotless and great view over city and pool deck. Staff v friendly and helpful (more so than previous experiences in Quebec). C 30 mins direct to the airport in the Uber. Used the pool after check out which was great to be able to do before a long flight. Was in town for MTL pride and staff were very welcoming with good suggestions for nightlife.

Really nice area to stay, would have been a higher rating if we didn’t have to wait until close to 7 to check in although the manager did cover breakfast the next day and snacks at the pool which was a nice compromise. Outdoor courtyard was very enjoyable for relaxing, rooftop pool was also a nice feature.
