Really impressed by the hotel in general - it felt luxurious in the design, the quality of the rooms, and really appreciate the welcome we were provided. Staff were consistently great and the room's bed and offerings were much appreciated. One small suggestion would be slightly harder water pressure in the shower, but would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Loved the pool and saunas the most, however the whole properly was lovely! And the staff were great too! Clean, upscale, convenience, and reasonably priced. The valet parking was a nice perk, and was remarkably useful with a 3-year old in tow. I will definitely stay there again when I'm back in Montreal.

Overall a pretty nice stay, great location and nice rooms. Valet parking was a bit of a mess however. Also had an issue with the rooftop restaurant who thought it was okay to seat me, my wife and 1 year old at the edge of a covered area when it was raining outside because we didn’t have a reservation (although the restaurant was completely empty).

2 star service, 4 star rooms/location
Stay started off weird when we were given our keys and they wrote down a room that didn't exist. We had to call the front desk to see what room we were actually in when we wandered the floor looking for this room that didn't exist. Luckily our actual room was still on the same floor. A bit frustrating after lugging our luggage around from the parking garage up to the room. Parking on site for a reasonable price in a basement garage. You will need to bring luggage up if you don't drop it off in front of the hotel first. The hotel shares space with apartments so it can be a little hard to figure out which elevators are for the apartments and which are for the hotel (coming from the garage, once you're in the hotel it's easier). Delicious pastries and sandwiches in cafe on site. Rooms are nice, newly updated and were comfortable. The location of this hotel is one of the best parts. It's very walkable to old Montreal and is located right next to a grocery store, which is convenient. Room service food was good, and it came pretty quickly.
