We loved our stay. The hotel was very clean and it was a very nice hotel, new. We loved the location, we walked everywhere! We could easily catch a trolley, walk to restaurants (many good options), very close to touristic sights. The staff was very friendly. I tend to miss my bed when I'm vacationing but luckily for us this was one of the most comfortable beds we've slept in at a hotel. Wonderful place to stay!

Absolute chaos at check in time with customers everywhere and staff having a hard time handling it. They try to upsell/charge you more at check-in for higher floors (don't even ask to check in 10 mins early!) Difficult requesting to use the hotel shared restroom facilities as they are locked. Decent sized quiet rooms on a clean street.

Great location, clean hotel, and friendly staff. There's a bit of street noise and the AC is a little loud, but those were not big problems for me. There was a discrepancy between what I was told on this site my bill would be and the deposit amount which I never saw mentioned on here, but things were resolved to everyone's satisfaction.
