It was a wonderful trip to Disney. The stay at the hotel was amazing. The only issue we had is that only my name was at the front desk and they would not add the rest of the family members because we booked through Expedia and not directly from the Disney website. The front desk agent / manager was not helpful at all!

I really like that the casitas are around a lake whuch is quite serene. The food options on site is more than adequate. We had missed 1 housekeeping visit but they sent us towels and supplies as requested. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly at the front desk.

Overall I liked Coronado Springs. Except for having to walk the length of a football field to get to the Disney transportation buses. After walking all over the parks I dont need to walk that far to get to my room. Beyond that We enjoyed out trip.

I was expecting to be put in a subpar room. However Disney treated us like we had booked through them and gave us all the amenities you get when you stay at a Disney resort. The pool was amazing and the resort was beautiful.

Incredible stay as usual. First time booking with hotels.com and it was seamless. If you’d like to sync your reservation through your my Disney experience app just reach out to a cast member (the chat on Disney website works). I’ll always recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Clean comfortable and lovely staff. Let’s not forget the smell! So good!
