Elevator out of order and our room was on third floor. Television in room didn't work, wifi did not work. Hot tub was freezing cold. Our bathtub water had a constant run, which also made the tub gross from water build up. The bathroom door could not close. Worst hotel stay ever.

This hotel wasn't great. One of the two elevators wasn't working which was very inconvenient. The one at the very far end of the building was the only one working so everyone had to use that one. The TV wasn't working in my room, but I couldn't call the front desk because the phone didn't work either. After making it all the way down to the desk to tell them about the tv, I was told to unplug one of the cables from the box, wait 5 minutes, and then plug it back it. If that didn't work, I was supposed to call the front desk, but I told them my phone didn't work. The cable thing did fix the tv, but clearly this was something they knew about ahead of time and haven't bothered to fix. They never bothered to follow up with me to check to see if it worked either. We picked this hotel for the location. There are several other hotels in the area. I would recommend any of the others.

As a fellow guest put it, it's a $50 hotel that cost over $200 with the taxes. Couldn't contact the desk to get the shuttle for 20 minutes, and only then because I called reservations and asked them to help. The elevator was broken, so had to carry our luggage up to the third floor, and back down the next morning. I had to hit the room door with my shoulder to get it to open because it didn't fit the casing. The bathroom ceiling was crumbling and had a hole in it. The air conditioner sounded like it was going to explode. It needs major maintenance and upgrading.

Shuttle would take an 1 1/2 hours to pick us up at the airport. The one employee working provided room keys with no further information (breakfast hours, restaurants, etc.). However, he was polite. Room had damaged furniture and beds needed to be replaced about 5 years ago. I would never recommend this location to say.

The property could use a little TLC. (New toilet seat, repairs to some of the plaster on the walls) but overall, was comfortable, and quiet. Front desk attendant was helpful and efficient. Perfect little stop on our way to the airport.

This place has gone downhill big time. Manager Paul is rude to customers and had us wait 1.5 hours at the airport for a shuttle. I called multiple times requesting a shuttle. The place has black mould in the air conditioning units and it stinks up the room. The room was filthy with dirty carpet, dirty shower and toilet and sink. The door was not repaired properly had half inch gap that let all the sound and light in from hallway. Desk was not cleaned, bed had dirty sheets. I will NEVER stay here again. The pool and hot tub and no chlorine and is a safety risk for people swimming in an unsanitary pool. Very disturbing. They should be shut down with a visit from the health department. Do yourself a favor and pick another hotel!!!

We arrived to mco and the shuttle service pickup was great the hotel early check in option for a small fee of $25 was a good deal considering we arrived at 8.45 am and check in was at 3pm...we had coffee in the lobby that was complementary and went straight to our room too relax untill lunch ...the area has lots of choice eatarys and shopping... also transportation is easy and the front desk was very helpful i would book again no problem
