It was pretty basic at first, but on our first night when we went to shower, the only towels were the decorative towels on the bed, which seemed like they were dirty, we called and got new towels, and then later on we discovered that the toilet wasn't working, so they had to have us switch rooms (this was after 1am) but the room that they switched us too again did not have towels and the phone was not connected, so I had to drive to the lobby to request clean towels. And the room had a terrible mold/mildew smell to it, our towels did not dry after being hung out all night and day, so there was clearly something wrong with the room, but since we had already been moved and it was so late we just dealt with it. I guess you get what you paid for

It was nice for a quick overnight stay to go to Universal but it was not very nice inside. The crown molding was falling off and paint was peeling off in the corner, the rooms were kind of outdated. But the shower was hot and the beds were comfortable!

En la habitación nuestra y los amigos el aire acondicionado derramaba agua. En la zona del lavábamos se derramaba agua. La cortina del baño quedaba corta, por lo que el piso fuera de la bañera quedaba mojado completamente.

Please do not stay here, especially if you book Expedia. I can upload pictures and you will see the bugs in the bed, mud on floor, and mold all over the room. Tye front desk lady was nice and told us she would not say at the hotel because it is dirty . I had to pay for another hotel and have not received a refund .

I actually enjoyed staying here! After staying at a nightmare hotel....this hotel was such a breath of fresh air for me and my kids! Super clean, room is super cute, extremely friendly staff!!!!!!!! There breakfast is amazing they have options ranging from waffles, bagels, toast, cereal and muffins! Hot coffee, amazing orange juice and water! The pool area is also beautiful. This is definitely an amazing hotel!!!!
