Staff were great. The room was nice and clean. The heat in the hallway was broken and was exceptionally hot, and it must have been the cause of an incessant tone, which eventually became headache inducing. Understandably it was the weekend, but there must have been emergency services available? There were no other concerns at all! We would stay again if we came back to the area.

It is a nice hotel. My problem came in when they charge an extra $147 on my credit card. I went to management about it and they told me that it's there hotel policy to charge an extra $147 for deposit on top of Expedia $200 for the room. I had to explain to them that it was against the law and they was stealing and I'll call the police if the money was sent back. To add matter worst when I checked out I got another charger twice for $200 ea. At this point I had to call my credit card company to report them and stop all transactions from them. I don't know what kind a fraudulent is going on there but other customers need to be careful

Bugs bugs bugs. The pool was nice. Lobby seemed ok until nightfall when a creepy man / pimp sat and directed the same skimpy dressed 3 women from room to room for services. Our room itself had minor cosmetic issues but then upon moving the pillows we found BEDBUGS. Staff offered us another room, but with all carpeted hallways in the hotel we were absolutely not staying there. Grossed out and having to pack up our family late at night and find another hotel was very stressful!!

Parking was easy, close to the front door and well lit. Unit was clean, appreciated the coffee, fridge and microwave. Only negatives were no stationary & no do not disturb signs and tv remote did not always work properly.
