Rooms very clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable. Should not advertise continental breakfast. Coffee machine was out of coffee and when office girl was asked about it, she did not speak english and seemed very uinterested in trying to help us.

The check-in went smoothly. The lady in the front desk is pleasant, accommodating and has an excellent customer service. The room looks new and renovated. Hoping all their rooms is neat and looks new same as where we checked-in for one night. Clean bathroom, essentials is well provided such as tissue, soap, towels, shampoo and conditioner. Free parking and close to all amenities. The dock of island queen cruise is just nearby, 6 minute drive and 15min. walk if I’m not mistaken. The downside is the hotel being close to the train which you can hear @ night but surprisingly I slept well despite the noise of the train.

Nice spot! Room was very clean and staff were very nice. A little close to the train tracks but not much can be done about that. Parking lot is a bit small and tricky with truck and trailer - but staff were very accommodating and even moved their personal vehicle to make room for me. Would stay again in future.

The plug for the coffee maker did not reach an outlet. There were bugs in the bathroom. The breakfast in the small lobby was not that great. Sorry to rate this hotel as not being that great because we had a great time in Parry Sound; the other hotels in the area looked very "shabby" - this is why we choose Sunrise Inn.

Our room was clean. But it smelled strongly of moth balls. The air conditioner did nothing to remove that smell. The bed was firm, but very uncomfortable. The “continental breakfast” was a joke. Some cereal, toast, and a coffee maker that was a challenge to use. For the price this hotel charges, we expect a higher standard. It’s one plus: location. Easy walking distance to downtown, restaurants, and the concert hall.
