This was my fourth visit to Koloa Landing Resort. In enjoy all three pools, each with hot tubs. The staff is friendly and courteous. The landscaping is very beautiful.

The hotel letting non hotel guest come in and use the pool and disrupt the pool quiet atmosphere. People who payed to stay at the resort ended up leaving the pool due to a group of school kids being loud and obnoxious.

Amazing property. The best pool, and the staff were amazing. We had the opportunity to look at a few other resorts in the area, and none compared to Koloa Landing. And the Holoholo grill was amazing. The food was great, and very reasonably priced.

Pay for what you get - nice front desk staff, decent amenities, room was big but very stuffy - think there was mold in the room. Relatively clean around the hotel but they need to put more work into the hotel to stand out and be a 4 star hotel. For the price, in Kauai, it makes sense. No issues, but don't expect anything to stand out.

First and foremost, the staff were super friendly and helpful! Felt like a family ♥️ Spacious rooms, love the fact that we had in suite not only kitchenette, but also washer and drier. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pool was really the best!!! Would love to come back:)

We had a wonderful stay at Koloa Landing Resort. We enjoyed every part of it, the room was beautiful and we had a great view of one of the tranquility pool, the grounds were so lush and full of life, all of the pools were unique and beautiful. I enjoyed doing morning yoga one morning, and walking to the shore to watch the waves. Service was always friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The location was great, and close to beaches. Our favorite beach was Poipu Beach, we got to see the sea turtles come up to rest a few times during our stay and did some snorkeling. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.
