Room is perfect for what we needed. The staff was ok, no breakfast, parking lot is very small. Outdoor walkway to doors. Didnt like that it was downtown, with tons of inner city folk walking around.

The room next to us was very loud (music, swearing, laughter) until after 1:00 am. After a call and a visit to the front desk to complain, the staff responded accordingly, and quiet resumed. The staff is always friendly and easy to deal with.

Defnitely recommend
This was a medical trip. The room had lami ate flooring so you could see it was spotless, as were the baseboards. The whole room and bathroom were impressively clean and bedding was not only clean but very comfy. Highly recommend

Based on location the staff makes you feel as safe as possible, they simply have np control on what goes on outside on the street. They are vigilante in their security. Always friendly and the premises are clean.

Comfortable, clean and friendly
Our stay was good, was clean when we arrived. We were there for just a few days, so we didn't have them come into clean everyday. Staff is friendly. The only thing i didn't care for was the parking, unless got there early in the day you had a good parking, but we would be gone most of the day, as we had a famy member in the hospital. Other than that was a good stay and a good deal.
