The staff at the concierge was very nice. Especially we had a person named Alexa who was very good, knowledgeable and was always willing to help and made a big difference. She went above and beyond to help everyone. Will promptly follow up on things and was always greeting with a smile. She is a great example of a wonderful customer service person and is an asset to this facility.

It was ridiculous that I had to stand at 7:30 to rush for a beach chair - anywhere around the pool and within 30 minutes all chairs were taken or towels showing ownership with no one at the poolside.???

Check in a check out was not the best greeting- they don’t ask how your travel was, or how your stay was. Our flight was delayed a nighted, called Expedia, Expedia was supposed to call the hotel, They didn’t. So we lost out on one who night. Expedia said the hotel was all inclusive, it wasn’t , when I asked the front desk lady she said she would give us all inclusive for a lessor price but really there was a lot of things that were not included. It cost me an extra lot on top of my package. Definitely not going back there or booking through Expedia again as Expedia said it wasn’t their fault I didn’t read all the reviews even though I checked all inclusive and this hotel came up and said all inclusive.

Good location and dining options at walking distance. Rooms are not sound proof. Corridor noises are audible in the room and wake you up in the middle of the night. We were woken up many times because of baby's crying noises.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott PV. The pool is stunning and that’s where we spent most of our time. The distance from the marina was great. We walked there a couple of days as well. We purchased the buffet breakfast a couple of days and that was also wonderful. The downsides I would say are the smell of sewage that we had in two rooms when we checked in, I personally had to go to the front desk over Three times to ask to move to another room that didn’t have that smell. Unfortunately, the front desk staff did not take us very seriously, which is why we had to continuously kept going back on the fourth attempt they took us to a newly renovated room, which did not have that smell. Another downside was that I asked for a late check out as my flight was Delayed over four hours and they would not extend our check out, I know the hotel was not at full capacity the day we were checking out because of the amount of people we saw there as opposed to the other days that stayed. All in all, it was a good stay I would just love if request were Fulfilled the first time they asked for instead of having to escalate the situation.

Thoroughly impressed
Amazing staff. Honestly was expecting mediocre experience but was very impressed. The ONLY thing I can compin about is that the walls/levels are super thin. Could hear children crying and what sounded like furniture moving around. Other than that, I would definitely come back here.
