Strange and inconvenient to have to go to another property that is not even close to v177 to check in and out. Unit had washer/dryer but there was no soap to use with it. Shower head water pressure was horrible. Location was great and apartment was nice.

The shower is Awful. The pool is mostly shaded and doesn’t have nearly enough chairs for everyone. I dislike the security guards watching your every move when entering and exiting the property. Check in and out is a major hassle having to lug your bags across town after picking up and dropping off the keys. There is an office and security at the building 24hrs a day, why can’t the keys be there for pick up and drop off. The unit and building itself was okay apart from the things above.

Beautiful Property/Terrible Check-in/out Situation
To review this property, you must rate the check in/out process differently from the condo/building itself. The check in/out process is super inconvenient. I would give it a 2/10. You must get your keys from another hotel that is eight blocks away (0.4 miles). This is not a “short walk” as it is stated. Dragging your luggage through the streets is not ideal. We got to the hotel at 11:30 am to check-in and was told our room would be ready at 1:30pm. That was as expected since check in was at 2:00pm. When we returned at 1:30 we were then told it wouldn’t be ready until 3:00pm. We also had to put down 500 pesos as a refundable deposit for the keys. As you can imagine, you need to return to this hotel at the end of your stay to turn in your keys and get your deposit. Luckily on our way to the airport, we got our Uber driver to make a stop so we could drop off the keys. It’s just one extra step that makes this stay undesirable. There is no contactless check-in or check-out as stated. The condo/building was quite nice. I would give it a 9/10. The pool on the rooftop has amazing views. And the location is great … close to the beach and many good restaurants and bars. I would stay here again only if they restructured their check-in and check-out so that you do not have to do it at another location.

The property was perfect for my needs. Great building with amazing pool and hot tub. The apartment was well furnished, had everything I needed, and was super clean and taken care of. Check in and out at the hotel went smooth and the 10 minute walk to the apartment wasn’t too bad.

Me and my significant other stayed here for the weekend and we loved it the place is nice and clean the pool was amazing had such a beautiful view was breathtaking day and night pool is open till 10pm and 12am on weekends. Air condition worked very well apartment is close to many restaurants and shops only a block away from the beach and boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again. Only complaint I have is the check in process it was smooth and easy besides having to stop at a different location for keys. We had our taxi driver takes us to location to get keys and take us to apartment which is only a couple blocks away but way too hot to be carrying luggage through town also did that for check out as well.

My partner and i stayed here for 5 nights in January and was a great place to stay. Great location, great pool area on roof and was very safe. Only complaint would be to have updated towels and sheets as well as a working washer and dryer. Nice place!

Overall good stay, but some issues.
Overall great stay, but a few issues. 1. Had to check in and get apartment keys from a different location a few blocks away. (They made us pay $50 USD as a deposit per key. Also, then had a staff member walk us to our place a few blocks away (up hill) with our bags. It was not pleasant at all!) 2. Lighting in apartment was terrible. Lights were out all throughout and not enough lighting in bathroom. 3. Bed was stiff/ hard and not comfortable.

Great location and comfortable condo
Excellent location, great for two people, the rooftop was fantastic, secure building. Although it was a city view, the balcony was comfortable. Some things that could have made this stay better are: no detergent for the washer/dryer, no shampoo or conditioner, check in was a 10 minutes walk from the actual condo.

Great location, well maintained
Property was very clean. Daily cleaner was very thorough. Location was excellent - close to beach and lots of things to do (and eat) in town. The bed was firmer than I'm used to. Rooftop pool/jacuzzi was impressive - perfect to watch the sunset. Would have liked to have used the gym but it was it needed to be booked in advance (1 hour slots only) and it was booked solid from morning through to mid afternoon for our entire stay. Only two small dings: (1) would have been nice to have better/more shampoo/conditioner (only one small pack of Head & Shoulders) - there was no shower wash provided; (2) wifi was VERY slow (5 Mbps). Otherwise very happy with my stay. I'd happily stay here again.

No ocean view. Bed is hard. Refrigerator was loud. AC remotes did not work. Room safe did not function. Cleaning was only done one time and was told at check-in that cleaning would be every other day. Roof top pool and jacuzzi were really nice, security folks at the building were the absolute best.
