"My husband and I stayed a week in early December 2024. We were impressed at how nice the room was. The staff is beyond excellent. Very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. The grounds were top notch, staff were always cleaning the pool and areas. We ate twice at the main restaurant and the food was really good. Other times we ate at the buffet which had many choices of items to choose from. I'd recommend this hotel highly to anyone. The only regret I have is the limited beach area, but in Cozumel no beaches are perfect. "
