We had such a wonderful 2 wks staying that I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Anything you could possibly need they had there. Week one was just my husband and I and wk two my son and girlfriend joined us. Their was plenty of room for all of us. My favorite part of home was the pool and screened in porch, Sat out and played cards every night 😎 can’t wait to go back 🍍🌞

If we could give more than 5 stars for cleanliness, accuracy of listing, location & neighborhood and especially for property manager we would!!! This house has everything you need, very well stocked which is out of the ordinary. Quiet neighborhood, the lovely lanai and close to beaches is a plus. We totally enjoyed our stay despite hurricane Helen! Looking forward to the next visit!

Comfy bungalow in South Venice

This rental is in a perfect central location with quick easy access to the beach, Wellen park, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor lounge area. Fully equipped garage with beach chairs, cooler, tennis rackets, etc.

Very Nice Home
We spent 2 weeks at this home. Very well provisioned which was so nice to have all we needed. Beach toys chairs etc. were all good quality. Beds, linens, towels all good quality and the best part was pool was heated and salt water! Home was exactly as presented and owners did a great job preparing everything you could think of for a pleasant stay. Very well located for short drive to beaches of Venice, Caspersen and Sharkeys pier. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great Vacation
This house is wonderful! Thank you for allowing my husband and I and our dogs to stay. The Kitchen was very WELL stocked as was the cleaning supplies, toilet tissue, paper towels. I was impressed. Everything you need to enjoy the beaches are right there for you just pack and go. The beaches were absolutely beautiful. If I had to say anything negative it did need more beach towels as there were only 3 and the beds were not very comfortable. If taking dogs the back yard does not have any grass. The pool was shaded most of the day so you only get a few hours of sun. I would definitely stay again! And make sure you go to Tony's Chicago Beef.

Perfect House
Great house with everything you need! We sat outside by the pool every morning and every evening. Super clean and we picked up groceries and enjoyed cooking every night. We've stayed in other houses and this is our new favorite. Book it - you won't regret. The ferry is no longer available for stays under 30 days and we went to the neighborhood office and they were not interested in helping - that being said, it's and easy drive to the beaches and just as great.

This house is delightful. The warm salt water pool was a bonus .the area was central for shopping and restaurants . We’d rent it again without question . Judy was excellent in terms of dealing with a few issues .

Great vacation
We had a wonderful time at this property. It is spotless, comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. The pool and patio are so nice. Do not overpack as this home has everything you could possibly need, from beach chairs to Q tips! Very relaxing vacation. Venice and the beaches are really nice. Had fun hunting for shark teeth. We would definitely stay again.

Nice and cozy
We really enjoyed staying here. Everything was perfect minus the cold pool. We expected the pool to be warm and swimmable this time of the year considering the weather was in the 80’s so we didn’t pay the extra fee that’s required to have the pool warmed. Other than that, the house is super cozy and has many amenities like 5 bikes, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, etc. would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

House was clean and minimalistic. We cooked most meals in and found everything we needed in the kitchen— even had a grill! Pool was very convenient, and completely in the shade after 3pm. Plenty of beach supplies available. Ping pong table was added bonus. Would definitely stay again.
