Likes- Great location in the middle of Sarnia. Short walk to scenic riverview park. Lots of free parking. Room & bath were very clean. Bed & pillows perfect. Breakfast was filling with good choices. All female staff was very efficient. One of them changed the battery of the smoke alarm in our room. Room temperature in cool October was well controlled. Only dislike- the heater was a liitle loud so we had to wear earplugs.

Nice renovated room and bathroom. Could use some touch ups in the bathroom. Person downstairs was nice. Breakfast area tables need cleaned as people come and go. Would come back.

All great , but their computer system glitched
Computer was glitching on check in and I had to swipe my credit card multiple times for the deposit. Checked my statements after and I was indeed charge 2 times deposit, due to this glitch.

I was unable to use this reservation due to a family emergency. Contacted the hotel 5 days before the reservation, they told me to contact Expedia, Expedia said they reached out to the hotel to see if a refund could be issued. Received an email and never heard from anyone about a refund. Very disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of for a nights fees and never given a chance to get a refund. Still have not heard from anyone.
