"This is a very large hotel but we had a fantastic room which very quiet. Good accessories in room with lovely Espa products in bathroom. Very convenient for theatres and central London. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Bed a little hard but not the worst. Cozy. So wonderfully dark and quiet that I kept sleeping in. Nice shower, but my biggest issue with the room is that said shower leaked into the sleeping area - had to put a towel down as a barrier so my luggage wouldn't get wet. But overall, great."

"The Royal Horseguards is housed in an old building which probably needs some renovation. Nevertheless it provides good accommodation in an excellent location. Promoting the rooms with a river view as a premium product has one drawback, the hotel’s proximity to the Hungerford railway bridge into Charing Cross station. Trains rumble over the bridge from early morning to late at night. I used ear plugs to get to sleep and they did the job for me. The windows aren’t double glazed and in my room didn’t completely close. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and would return, perhaps to a room away from the river."
