"The hotel is very unique and lovely, but it is an old hotel. Due to its nature, the hotel can only put on the heat or A/C at one time. Construction around the hotel made it a bit difficult to navigate, but overall a lovely hotel. "

"I had an excellent experience at the Canopy by Hilton San Antonio. Although my first night started with a slight hiccup due to the hotel being overbooked, the manager went above and beyond to assist me. They not only found me accommodations at another hotel but also covered the cost, which was a true testament to their commitment to guest satisfaction. The following day, I was able to check in early without any issues, and my stay from that point on was flawless. The room was impeccably clean, the restaurants and bar were fantastic, and the staff was consistently friendly and attentive. I even extended my stay for two extra nights because I enjoyed it so much. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting San Antonio—it’s a perfect blend of hospitality, comfort, and great service!"
