I have no clue what the Voy looks like or is like. I do know, however, that once Expedia has your money, they won't let go. It took me HOURS trying to get back to my Expedia account, and I STILL couldn't cancel my reservation at The Voy and move it forward a day. So, in essence, I'm paying twice for the same room because Expedia appear to be a bunch of cyber crooks.

My dog and I had a wonderful stay at the Voy!! Bear was greeted with a welcome basket in the room after a quick and easy check in. Clean room comfortable bed, great amenities. The restaurant next store, Rosies and Josies, is awesome!! I had both lunch and dinner there...the homemade soups and pastas were excellent, and breakfast was great, Also nice having the gas station right there on site!! I highly recommend this establishment!!

The motel was quite decent. There isn’t much around this area. There is a small restaurant attached to the property. The food there is absolutely Amazing!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely 5 stars for what it is! Best motel we have been at. Great staff for checking in and at the restaurant. Convenience store at check in, restaurant attached to the motel, great comfortable rooms. Black out curtains, comfy beds, nice warm shower. All and all great stay! Would definitely stay here next time we drive up this way!! Happy travellers!

Expedia was the problem. Not the Voy. Tried to contact Expedia and only interacted with robots. Unable to converse with a person. Lead to many problems. Including a fraud alert from my bank. Just ask me connected to Expedia somehow and caused a major problem with my credit card. Expedia needs better service.

Our room was in an old strip of 5-6 motel rooms situated behind some other businesses along the (very loud) main road. The town is small and tired-looking, with little in the way of restaurants. The bed was comfortable with fresh white linens. The room was dated, but very clean and it was clear some renovations had been done. If we had arrived at 8 pm and just slept there, it would have suited our needs. Don't arrive mid-afternoon and expect to enjoy the area. To the east and west of town, the lake and forests are fabulous, so we felt rather trapped in this bleak, noisy location. We took nice showers, rested a bit, and then left to spend the night in a beautiful National Park campground nearby.

Pictures are extremely missleading... there is absolutely nothing there. We had to drove 15km to find food. There is a restaurant but all guest eat there and there is only 1 staff. We sat at a table for 10-15 minutes. We dont even know what the menu is we never recieved one. We left a drove to the next town
