Loved our stay at this historic hotel
This hotel is quite a find. Loved the unique-ness of this historic hotel. We were in town for a wedding, and had about 8 rooms rented in all, they were each unique with the room layout. but all quite spacious. Hot breakfast with lots of options. Only downside was the coffee, recommend going to German bakery/coffee shop which was just a 5 minute walk away. (the apple struedel was excellent!)

Third choice post hurricane but an absolute gem.
Historic but lovingly maintained. Big room with lots of facilities. Breakfast is top class. The fresh waffles are life changing! Nice bacon and great sausages. Cute cheese omelettes. Fresh fruit. We’ll be back! X

Loved the old classic charm. The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful and for me the location was perfect. That you for a wonderful stay. I wish I had been able to stay around the property more instead of being so busy.

We stayed in room 319. Room was cosy and reasonably well appointed, althoughthere was a distinct lack of mirrors, no bedside lamp on one side. Bathroom was cramped. The hotel was once a historic building. One the ground floor the dining room was spacious and the breakfast offering very good. They use proper plates and cutlery unlike a lot of hotels. A good selection of hot and cold food on offer. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool outside was good but located right next to a busy junction, so at times very noisy. Stays automatically qualify for their friends and family loyalty awards, so the next stay gets you better rates and a free room upgrade if booked direct. Would stay again

Wonderful hotel!
This was one of our favorite hotel finds! Beautiful old hotel that has been beautifully restored. Feels very “old Florida” with a veranda and rocking chairs, dining room Full of light, and view of the bay. Our room was huge, spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was very nice with hot and cold items. The staff could not have been friendlier! We will certainly be back when we return to visit family!
