Quite disappointed with the general appearance to be honest. Looks like the rug in the entire building has been there forever. They obviously try to make it good,but everyone knows rug can only be cleaned so much. It needs to replaced for sure. The shower tub faucet was dripping. They could definitely do with some upgrades. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The AC in my original room was loud and I was given another room.

The hotel is very rundown and dirty. The room was comfortable, however, the carpets and furniture need replacing or deeply cleaned. Staff was very nice and helpful but I will not return. The lobby of the hotel serves as the dining area for the free breakfast they offer and the carpet there is very filthy. Not a good first impression at all. Overall Hotel is very dated and needs to be renovated urgently. Also the elevator safety certificate is expired.

After finding bites on me and my daughter, we found bed bugs. Due to carpet on the stairs, I tripped and almost fell again after having back surgery 4 months ago. I was taking the stairs because the elevator is slower than molasses. I skinned my shins and had bruises and a blood knee. The carpet is dirty with spots all over. The hallways were hot and smell nasty. I will never stay there again.

This was THE WORST hotel we have ever booked. The bathroom had beetle type bugs in the cracks at the base of the tub. Thank goodness we were checking out that day after I noticed them! The bugs did not make me forget about the lack of hot water that was available. The air conditioning was not very cool at all. The carpet in the room was dirty a nd sticky. Even though it was supposed to be a no smoking room it reaked of tobacco and cannabis. To top it off for it to be considered a handicap accessible room the only thing that was accessible was the bathroom. When asked if there were any other rooms available I was told no. And the breakfast was horrible! Even the “fresh” fruit was wilted and had brown spots. Expedia should definitely reconsider promoting this “hotel”!

Not the best and not the worst.
Checked in online ahead of time and when I arrived I had to answer all the same questions in person. The woman at the front desk was not very pleasant when I inquired about checking in ahead of time online. The room was not the cleanest. There were stains on the carpet and lamps. Our toilet bubbled up instead of flushing down. The bathtub had a stain of what could either be rust or possibly blood. The elevator was very slow and the hallways were very hot.

The room was clean and the beds were super comfy. The only issue we had was the hallways were very disgusting and smelled terribly of Marijuana and dog. All night long we heard a dog barking nonstop. Overall it was an okay stay, but most likely will not be returning.

Staff was awesome And the location was great. However, the hotel hallway carpets were disgusting, the vending machines on our floor were broken and clearly many did not adhere to the “non smoking” rule because our floor reeked of cigarette smoke. The workout room was bad. Whoever owns this hotel needs to do some serious remodeling. Housekeeping did their best but stained carpets can’t be fixed. Again, the staff is amazing and the location is great, but I will never stay there again

Terrible Experience - Extremely Dirty and Unsafe for Families I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham USF (Near Busch Gardens), and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the hotel was filthy and completely unacceptable. The carpet in both the room and the hallway was covered in stains, and to make matters worse, there were roaches crawling on the floor. The room was absolutely disgusting, with hair everywhere — on the sheets, in the bathroom, and on the floor. The most horrifying part of our stay was when my brother and niece witnessed and even recorded two people having sex in the hallway. This is completely inappropriate and unacceptable, especially considering that I was there with my three young kids. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable the entire time. We left the very next morning because none of us could stand another minute there. My sister couldn’t even sleep on the bed due to how dirty it was, but it was too late to go anywhere else that night. To top it all off, the hotel refused to refund me for the remaining two days of our stay. This was beyond frustrating given how uninhabitable the place was. I cannot believe that a hotel under the Wyndham brand would allow such poor conditions. This place was not only dirty, but clearly not properly managed or safe for families. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs.
