Steps to Burquitlam Skytrain Station and Bus Stop, restaurants and Coffee shop, Burquitlam shopping Plaza, Walmart, Save on Food, Safeway for your groceries. Cape Scott Provincial Park, and Como Lake Park, the Vancouver golf Club and Burnaby Mountain Golf Course & Driving Rrange nearby. It is also a short drive to SFU, 20 minutes to downtown of Vancouver.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
Check-in is anytime after 3 PM and check out before 11 AM. Extra charge of $50 for every half an hour will apply for late check out;
- No shoes on carpet floor, please remove your shoes at the door;
- Quiet after 10 PM as you have an additional suite downstairs;
- No smoking, parties, events or pets;
- Keep the kitchen clean and tidy after used, clean up after yourselves ;
- Turn off the lights and electric appliances, closed all the window, make sure the door is locked before you leave the house;
- Guests will be asked to leave the house and the reservation will be canceled at the guests’s cost if this rule is violated;
- Extra cleaning charge up to $400 for smoking or having pets staying or wearing shoes in the house
