Wonderful stay!

This was our second stay at The Juniper. We came back because the people were so welcoming and friendly and we love that is a small hotel with the best views around! There is a great restaurant on site too!

The rooms facing parking are quite. The tv has no worthwhile channels The restaurant is overpriced for the quality of food. The hot tub is a joke, it unclean and from 1970th. The hotel is dated. The bed and pillows are good The shower room is clean with nusty smelling industrial strength shampoo and soap. Nothing else is provoded

Got a free upgrade to a cabin! Best customer service I’ve experienced in in Banff. Lost my bank card outside and the guy at the desk(wish I remembered his name) came out side with a flashlight and helped me find it.

Staff was kind, hotel was quiet and clean. Hot tub view was perfect. The Bistro service was not good at all, unfortunately with that view and the delicious food, we went twice and both servants were not nice. We booked specific table the night before and when we went to have brunch, it was full with other people. I mentioned that and the servant just said choose any other table that you like. I expect to hear that they are sorry that this happened and will be more nice. Even when we wanted to pay he left the machine and disappear, to the point that we could not wait more and left without even anybody say buy to us. It was weird that they mentioned that as the best Bistro in Banff, which could be if they would have better staff.
