Nice lobby, clean and well appointed rooms. The free breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from. Note there’s no evening dining available but plenty of options in the surrounding area. They have a deluxe coffee machine for lattes, cappuccinos, etc in the lobby that’s complementary for guests, which is a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again when I travel for work.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. After a long day driving, the pool and hot tub were an awesome way to get our wiggles out. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good!

Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Campbell River. Some of the rooms will give you a beautiful view of the ocean, Quadra Island and the coming and going of the ferry. The only negatives would be that the bathroom needs some work. Caulking was moldy and kind of gross looking. The area the hotel is in has a very obvious homelessness problem. It seemed safe but I would recommend not leaving anything in your car while parked there. Maybe it isn’t an issue- just something we noticed. Otherwise, great location, and fair price.

The check in clerk, Harsh was friendly and efficient. She recommended a good spot for dinner. The room was clean and larger than expected. We enjoyed a good breakfast the next day and all staff were friendly. We were very happy with the atmosphere and the price per night was very reasonable. The only change recommended is to have a larger TV in the room.
