Had a lovely short stay at the Basecamp lodges! The room was clean, comfortable with all the required amenities. Check in and out was very easily done virtually. The hotel is right by the train but, minimal noise was heard. Great stay !

Shower makes the whole bathroom wet because shower had a half door. The bed was a good size but definitely not the most comfortable bed I've ever slept it. Really nice fire place lots of space. No elevator so if your on second floor it sucks to bring bags up and down0(especially if your injured/elderly. It is definitely a nice little spot for the price though!

Great place to stay in Canmore. Good staff, cozy atmosphere, comfy beds, and good size rooms. Nice view of the moutnains from the window! Would stay again!

They said they had breakfast. They didn't. But the biggest gripe I have is the property is right next to railroad tracks. The freight train woke me up at 4:30 in the morning...and that is me sleeping without my hearing aids.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and it had lots areas to hang out. Only downside I’d say is the parking is limited for full side suvs and trucks. Spots are very tight
