Lovely property, clean and the staff are nice. The only gripe I had was that the coffee machine in the lobby was broken, and the pool was closed. The parking was limited. Otherwise it was a good stay!

It was an awesome experience. Gas fireplace, mountaun view, spacious room. Common amenities like hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, gym. Recommend!

Overall stay was great. We stayed here to celebrate new year. The only downside of the location is it is far from millenium park. Its where the fireworks are,its going to be 34 mins walk. It’s not smart to bring the car as the road in downtown is closed.

Our suite smelt like mold... The mattress was quite firm and you could easily hear people walking above you. The washrooms on the second floor that led into the pool and the fitness centre had no towels and the fitness centre had everything you needed but was so crammed, it was hard to navigate between sets with other guests there. The suite style was nice and I loved the segregated room to the washroom and the loving area. Location was convenient with shell next door and the brunch restaurant was delicious. I found the building layout a bit confusing with only one elevator but couldn’t find the stairs to get to the fitness room from the third floor. The train tracks are right by the building but it doesn’t really disturb your sleep unless you’re an ultra light sleeper. It was an okay stay for the price point.

We really liked the room with two levels. The downside was the thin walls, meaning that we could hear partying from adjacent rooms until after 2 am. The outdoor hot tub was a lovely resource but tucked up against four floors of hotel with a view only to the south. Worst of all was parking so limited that there was literally nowhere to park on site after 10 pm. This meant a walk of almost a kilometre to get to the hotel along a road where much of the sidewalk was closed for renovations.

Good value!
Good size rooms love the fridge with separate freezer. Also love the extra area with sofa bed and 2nd tv, to allow more to stay in room and or some extra space. Train was a little loud when it passed. Hot tub was nice and quality weight room.

Finding parking was challenging, even with a smaller car. We had to be dropped off and my husband waited for a spot to open up. He ended up parking elsewhere. Other than that, a great stay so far.

The hotel itself was good. Out dated but good. The parking lot on the other hand... not enough space between vehicles. Saw many vehicle doors get pressed on by other vehicle doors. If you get there after 7, good luck finding a place to park! Had to park across the way because all the parking stalls were filled.

Never be back here again
The toalet bowl was clogged and they had just one staff to take care of all hotel needs including the front desk. At the end the only staff at the hotel told me he has a plunger that he could borrowed me and I could by myself unclogged the toalet bowl, unbelievable. Also the room carpet floor wasn't dirty it was filth! We paid full price for the two rooms we stayed, it don't worth it, for the same price we can find close to here way better options to stay, I don't recommend this hotel at all, it was my first and last time here.
