The check-in was odd. Seems they have some sport of self check-in via machine. As i understand it, as the fellow's English was not great, they were updating the software. We had to wait while he found a human too check us in. All good after that.

Did not like the television check in, at all. I don’t get how you save money on this because someone has to be there to explain how to check in with the video service. Is impersonal, inefficient and off-putting. Otherwise good experience.

Room was ok clean but seemed pretty dated, the shower in our room had nearly no pressure and also the hot water barely worked after running for 30mins or so but would go back to cold after about 8mins

Nicely updated and clean. Close to a couple of eating places. Had to check in early due to transportation issues and was charged $30 to check in a couple of hours early. Didn’t have a free shuttle service to the airport. Using Uber was way cheaper than airport transportation

I liked the outside pool but felt uncomfortable swimming because of the men drinking alcohol by the pool. My door was open when I got to my room, so I simply entered my room, However overall my stay was okay!

Stayed here first night of our vacation as we were late arriving into Fort Myers. Check-in by video kiosk was interesting, and efficient. Rooms are not fancy, but clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly and helpful. It also represented great value. We even went back to this hotel the night before we flew out at the end of our vacation.

They use a needless kiosk. So we need to chat with some guy over a machine that is not intuitively designed, just to check into a room that has been bought, paid for, and confirmed? Just like kids today who text each other while sitting side-by-side. Society hasn’t devolve that much has it? Especially true when the live desk agent stood beside me during the entire, tortuous experience.

My stay was only a one night stay however when we arrived we were greeted with complimentary drinks and popcorn. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was quiet and offered continental breakfast. Overall it was a great night.
