Our go to place to stay when in FSJ. Beds are getting a bit uncomfortable in my opinion but it’s okay for now

Was in room beside elevator on 4th floor. Very noisy throughout the night and early am. They changed the breakfast hours so missed that. Usually a great place to stay as I stay here often but not impressed at all this visit.

I'd like to give a 2.5 star rating as it is slightly better than a 2. Room service was great. That said, my sheets were dirty upon check in. My bed was not made after cleaning on the 3rd night. The TV was frustrating to use (I'm a millennial, easily figured out just didn't have the functionality) Bagels were moldy at breakfast.

The problem was big toe nails all over the carpet, obviously no one vacuumed before we got there , so naturally you wonder if the sheets were changed Sorry but I will not stay with this hotel again

Hotel is starting to show its age. Wore out beds, cracked tiles, stained roof, and the Tv was even dimming when brightness was set to max. On the plus side it was quiet, and close to the restaurant and casino. Not worth the 200 plus a night for the jacuzzi suite. Maybe a basic room next time.
