The area is flooded with unhoused people screaming out loud and threatening others. The hotel room floor was EXTREMELY dirty, the bottom of my feet turned black after a couple steps. There was a black stain on the bath towel and a hole in the bed sheet. There was spilled popcorn in the hallway that stayed overnight and was there when I checked out (earlier than originally reserved). The receptionist was unapologetic and inconsiderate when addressed with my concerns.

Convenient to inexpensive dining options. We stayed to break up our trip before joining an NCL cruise. 3 min from cruise pier, in generally commercial area, provided enough comfort at good value.

Room Was spacious, clean, and kitchenette was nice. Shower had good temp and pressure. Parking garage was rough to navigate, had to have multiple key cards for parking, elevator operations, and door key. Location wasnt close enough to walk to international market place- uber cost $12 each way.

We were happy that it was fully equipped with a kitchen, so that we could cook in the room. My wife and I were there, because I was having surgery done. It was nice having the hotel so close to Straub and the Minimal Invasive Surgical Center where my surgery was done. We will definitely be returning to your hotel. I lived in Hawaii for ten years and had no idea this place was a hotel. I’ve been walking by it for years. The room was clean and tasteful with lots of space. The location was so convenient. It was a treat to enjoy the pool and hot tub with my ohana. Thank you!

There was hair on counter (red short curly) and a Hair in the kitchen. Very dated. Fire alarm went off right before midnight and took a long time to clear. I waited 10 minutes before leaving and alarm kept going off and I walked 37 floors down. By the time I got to bottom most were already in rooms. The stairwell was full of people and would have helped to let us know it was clear
