The lobby fragrance and loud music was over powering. The floor hallways as well. I think the air system pumps in a fragrance to cover up another smell. Pool water was freezing. So no one used the pool to swim. The breakfast was way over priced and they messed up our $66.00 orders Service was good as was the coffee. Excellent location on the beach and short walk to Espanola Way. Stayed here in 2021 and same experience. Time to look for a new hotel

All the staff we came in contact with were very helpful - as one of them put it - "let us know if you have a problem, as we will come up with a solution". The front desk was so accomodating with getting a room ready to put our belongings in while we waited for our other rooms - this enabled us eat lunch, enjoy the beach etc.

This is my second time staying here. Really like it. You can’t beat the location. And I really appreciate the free upgrade. They gave me from a standard room to each Jr suite. And there was nice enough to give me a late job because I need to work for my room. I would definitely stay here again. Our fancier places are more expensive places in the area, but this is a very good value.

We booked a standard 2x double bed room for 2 adults and a 13 year old. The tap was leaking and after 3 days we were finally heard and moved into a much better room (thank you this was a blessing). That room was small, the door to the bathroom was not very private and one of the beds sounded like it was going to break every time you turned (we are not huge people) even though we paid for 3 people to be in a room we were only allowed two loungers at the beach and had to pay for an additional one for our daughter. With regards to the room we were upgraded to (I think it’s important to speak about this one is it was a suite) the main bedroom bed was not comfortable, the bed was really quite hard. The lounge could have done with a fridge that could be used considering it was a suite and a dining room was there. The walls are thin either side of the suite and we could hear both rooms every day. We also got woken up twice by people knocking at our suite and ‘oh sorry wrong room’ but appreciate that it wasn’t the hotels fault. Over all, much more pleasant being in a nicer room I cannot see that the suite is an option on trivago to book.

The staff was wonderful! Especially Siva! Hotel was ok. A few oddities such as paying fur a refrigerator yet the one in the room was filled with items to purchase. Ice machine didn’t work. Toilet paper wasn’t refilled and we had to ask for it. A bit outdated as far as old looking furniture etc. The staff though was great. Beach was great. Easy to walk to places.
