Scam hotel - find somewhere else
Scam hotel - looks good initially but turned out to be a terrible experience. Clearly offers the minimal viable attempt at a lodging experience. 1) Dirty old rooms that smell of mildew. Cheap bed and furniture. Walls have poor sound insulation - can hear other guests. 2) Very slow service - check-in took took over an hour. There is no true front desk staff - just inexperienced foreign staff who need to call to back office for any inquiry, no matter how simple. 3) No room service - need to ask multiple times for staff to clean 4) Advertised free yoga but benefit not available on site 5) Beware of hidden additional $40 nightly resort fee. Also be aware - no refund policy for early check out as well.

Il Macchiato cafe makes fabulous coffee and treats! The location of the hotel was within walking distance of the beach, transportation, dining options, and shopping.

The location is good but the property is old. The service wasn’t great - people there were forgetful. The room was bare minimum. It’s ok to stay but I wouldn’t stay again.

Rude staff, terrible experience
Staff were extremely rude. They do not answer phone calls either. Unhelpful with anything you need. We flew into miami early. Went to the hotel to see about possible early checkin. They gave us attitude and unwilling to even let us know if even one room out of our three was available. So went to the hotel at 330pm. Still gave us same excuse about no one has checked out. The place is extremely loud. Fire alarm was pulled had to exit the hotel at 1am. Overall terrible experience. DO NOT reccomend

I stayed there in the past and liked it better- poor amenities. Shampoos/ etc 1/3 full - not a very comfortable bed. Main issue is the noise, I was unlucky regarding the room location ( tried to change but couldn’t ) next to the stair cases where the door slams constantly day and night from other guests, Had to go buy ear plugs as the room was street level and had thin walls, you could hear everything, people s conversation etc If you stay for work and need to rest at night, I would not recommend. The plus , staff and managers were nice and it s pet friendly. Location is good too.
