The only negative mark I would give the Grand was not being told about the parking fees daily until I checked out. The only thing that was said to me was that they had new staff and they were deeply sorry for the inconvenience. Just make sure you read all the fine print!

The property definitely needs some updates. Numerous to mention. The staff was very helpful and nice. Unfortunately the plumbing and carpeted areas have seen better days. The bed was not comfortable at all. This property needs a serious investment.

The board walk to the white sandy beach is very nice and convenient with golf carts running regularly.

Sadly this hotel wasn't as amazing as it could have been. Maybe it wouldn't have been so bad if we had another room. But our room had a VERY dirty carpet and we could hear noises from the hallway all night long. :( The beach and the pool were lovely and the staff were friendly.

Our stay was amazing! We traveled with small children and they had a blast in the pool and at the beach. The food, service and the spa were also great as well!! Its a beautiful family friendly resort!
