I have been using hotels for over 40 years, and this is the first time I have found that they don't make the beds !!!! This is ridiculous ... it is essential in a hotel. I paid for breakfast, and I couldn't even take a loaf of bread to my son, who was still asleep because I had to eat it in the restaurant, and of course, I didn't get my money back. Very bad management!
